Brownie
Ingredients:
300 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
3 eggs (L)
1 glass of granulated sugar (185gr)
1 glass of flour (100- 105 gr)
2 tbsp of cocoa
1 pinch of salt
Glass size: 200ml
Tin size: 8*8
Instructions:
Melt the butter on the stove and take it off the stove. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces, add it to the butter and melt it by mixing.
Beat eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Add dark chocolate to the egg mixture and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.๏ฟผ
