Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crisp the Shells: Lightly fry the flour tortillas in a skillet with a small amount of oil until they are golden and rigid, or bake them at 400°F for 3–5 minutes per side until crunchy.

  4. The Pizza Top: Place a second crispy tortilla on top of the beef layer. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce over the top tortilla.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese blend evenly over the sauce.
  6. Bake: Place the pizzas in a 400°F oven for 5–8 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
