- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk

Creamy Latte Topping
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 100 g milk or dark chocolate (chopped)

1️⃣ Make the Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a rectangular baking dish.
- Dissolve instant coffee in warm milk.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
- Add oil, vanilla, and coffee milk. Mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the dish and bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cake cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Latte Topping
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, cream, sugar, coffee, and cornstarch.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until fully melted and glossy.
3️⃣ Assemble
- Pour the warm latte cream over the cake.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
