Ingredients

  • The Batter:

    • 1.5 cups milk or water (per package instructions).
    • 1 large egg.
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled.
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.

    • 2 tbsp butter, sliced for melting.

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla until just combined.
  3. Add Flavor: Fold in the cooked sausage crumbles and half of the blueberries.
