Bacon Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Breadstick Bombs

Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 15–20 mins | Servings: 4–6

Ingredients

  • The Bread: 1 package refrigerated pizza dough or large refrigerator biscuits.
  • The Filling:
    • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely diced.
    • 1/2 cup thick Alfredo sauce.
    • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for inside).
  • The Toppings:
    • 1 cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese.
    • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits.
    • Fresh or dried parsley for garnish.
  • The Finish: 2 tbsp melted butter mixed with a pinch of garlic powder.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and the smaller portion of mozzarella until well combined.
  2. Stuff the Dough: Flatten out portions of your dough. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each.
  3. Seal: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to form a “bomb” or log shape, ensuring no sauce can leak out.
  4. Bake: Arrange the dough bombs on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with garlic butter. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Add Toppings: Remove from the oven and top each breadstick with the remaining shredded cheese and a heavy sprinkle of bacon bits.
  6. Melt: Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bacon is fragrant.
  7. Garnish: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
