Weβve shared so many Dolly-inspired recipes lately that I had to stop and say it! ππ This one is simply a Peach Cobbler Cheesecake made for anyone who loves creamy cheesecake, juicy peaches, and that irresistible buttery crumble topping. ππ°β¨
π Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Β½ cup sour cream
Peach Topping
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- Β½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cobbler Crumble
- ΒΎ cup all-purpose flour
- Β½ cup brown sugar
- Β½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
π₯ How to Make It
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8β10 minutes.
Step 3: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Step 4: Toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Step 5: Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, then spoon the peaches evenly over the top.
Step 6: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the peaches.
Step 7: Bake for approximately 55β70 minutes, until the center is almost set and the topping is golden.
Step 8: Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
