Ingredients

- 1.5 cups milk or water (per package instructions).

- 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions
- Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla until just combined.
- Add Flavor: Fold in the cooked sausage crumbles and half of the blueberries.
- Assemble: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries evenly over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
