Mac & Cheese Stuffed Crust Cheesesteak Pizza

Prep time: 20 mins | Cook time: 15–20 mins | Servings: 6–8

Ingredients

  • The Foundation:
    • 1 large pizza dough (store-bought or homemade).
    • 1 cup prepared macaroni and cheese (for the crust stuffing).
  • The Toppings:
    • 1 lb thinly sliced cheesesteak beef (ribeye or sirloin), sautéed.
    • 2 cups frozen French fries, baked until crispy.
    • 1/2 cup warm beef gravy.
  • The Cheese: 2–3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend.
  • Flavorings: Salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Stuffed Crust: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Place small spoonfuls of the prepared macaroni and cheese around the outer edge of the dough. Fold the edge of the dough over the mac and cheese and pinch tightly to seal the stuffed crust.
  2. Base Layer: Spread a light layer of beef gravy over the center of the pizza dough to act as your sauce.
  3. The Meaty Center: Layer the sautéed cheesesteak beef evenly across the gravy.
  4. Add the Crunch: Pile the crispy French fries on top of the beef.
  5. Cheese Explosion: Smother the entire pizza, including the stuffed crust, with a generous helping of shredded cheese.
  6. Bake: Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is bubbly and starting to toast.
  7. Serve: Slice immediately to experience the epic “cheese pull” from both the toppings and the hidden mac and cheese crust.
