Ingredients
- The Dough: 1 tube (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or dinner roll dough.
- The Filling:
- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and seasoned.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
- 1/4 cup finely diced onions (optional).
- The Garlic Butter Topping:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley.
- Seasoning: Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Prep the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the grease and season with salt and pepper.
- Flatten the Dough: Flatten each piece of biscuit or roll dough into a small circle.
- Stuff: Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a pinch of shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Seal: Pinch the edges of the dough together tightly to form a ball, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.
- Arrange: Place the bombs seam-side down in a greased baking dish, nestled closely together.
- Coat: Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush a generous layer of this mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
- Serve: Brush with any remaining garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven for extra shine and flavor.
