Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Prep time: 20 mins | Cook time: 15–20 mins | Servings: 12 bombs

Ingredients

  • The Dough: 1 tube (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or dinner roll dough.
  • The Filling:
    • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and seasoned.
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
    • 1/4 cup finely diced onions (optional).
  • The Garlic Butter Topping:
    • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
    • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
    • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley.
  • Seasoning: Salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Prep the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the grease and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Flatten the Dough: Flatten each piece of biscuit or roll dough into a small circle.
  3. Stuff: Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a pinch of shredded cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Seal: Pinch the edges of the dough together tightly to form a ball, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.
  5. Arrange: Place the bombs seam-side down in a greased baking dish, nestled closely together.
  6. Coat: Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush a generous layer of this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake: Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
  8. Serve: Brush with any remaining garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven for extra shine and flavor.
