    • Bowl 1: flour
    • Bowl 2: eggs + milk (whisked)
    • Bowl 3: breadcrumbs + Parmesan
  3. Dredge chicken in flour → egg mixture → breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Press firmly so crumbs stick well.

2️⃣ Fry the Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
