✅ Ingredients (8–10 pancakes)
- 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- 3½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Salt
- Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl:
- Beat the egg
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla
- Combine
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients
- Mix gently (⚠️ don’t overmix — small lumps are OK)
- Heat the pan
- Medium heat
- Lightly grease with butter or oil
- Cook pancakes
- Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on top
- Flip and cook 1–2 minutes until golden
- Serve hot
With:
- Maple syrup 🍁
- Honey
- Butter
- Fruits or chocolate
🔥 Tips for EXTRA fluffy pancakes
- Do not press the pancakes while cooking
- Batter should be thick but pourable
- Let batter rest 5 minutes before cooking
