✅ Ingredients (8–10 pancakes)

  • 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk:
    • Flour
    • Baking powder
    • Sugar
    • Salt
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    In another bowl:
    • Beat the egg
    • Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla
  3. Combine
    • Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients

  4. Heat the pan
    • Medium heat
